Suzanne Burns is a passionate advocate, author, speaker, and faith-based ministry leader dedicated to serving vulnerable women and families impacted by trauma, poverty, addiction, and crisis.
She is the Founder and Executive Director of Foundation House Ministries, a Christ-centered maternity home in Cleveland, Tennessee, established in 2012. What began with her own experience in a critical situation has grown into a thriving program that has housed over 150 mothers, provided on-site education and job training, and served hundreds more through non-residential support.
Suzanne holds a Master’s of Science in Marriage and Family Studies from Lee University, is a Certified Faith and Trauma Professional (CFTP), and Certified Trauma-Informed Instructor (CTII). As founder of BeCharityWise, she equips churches, ministries, and leaders worldwide with practical, trauma-informed tools to love the least of these wisely and effectively.
An internationally recognized trainer and podcast host of Rescue Rebuild Restore, Suzanne has authored multiple books and video series on ministry startup, compassion that works, and personal breakthrough.
